On-Site Training – Basic Programming and Operation of FANUC Robots with HandlingTool – Ford IEPC

Description

VST Robotics conducted an on-site course on Basic Programming and Use of the HandlingTool Software at the Ford IEPC – Irapuato Electric Powertrain Center, focusing on the development of key skills for the daily operation and initial programming of FANUC robots in industrial environments.

The training was designed to reinforce safety protocols , fault diagnosis and recovery procedures, as well as the creation of programs for materials handling applications, the development of MACRO-type routines, and the proper execution of backups for programs and individual files.

Through hands-on exercises that can be directly applied on the shop floor, participants gained greater confidence in interacting with the controller, improving their ability to respond to incidents and strengthening the operational continuity of automated systems.

This project demonstrates VST Robotics' expertise in providing technical training to operations and maintenance personnel, offering structured training programs that facilitate the efficient adoption of industrial robotics, starting with the basics.
