Programming and Operation of the HandlingTool Software
Overview:
This course is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to operate, program, and maintain FANUC industrial robots using the HandlingTool software. Through hands-on simulator sessions and specialized theory, participants will develop key competencies to work confidently and effectively in industrial automation environments.
Objectives:
- Understand the safety principles for operating industrial robots.
- Learn how to troubleshoot the robot in the event of common malfunctions.
- Move the robot safely in various operating modes.
- Perform basic automated production tasks.
- Create, modify, and run materials handling programs.
- Develop and implement MACRO-type programs.
- Monitor, inject, and simulate input and output signals.
- Back up and restore individual files and programs.
