Advanced FANUC Robot Programming
Overview:
This advanced course is designed for professionals who already have a basic understanding of FANUC robot programming and wish to delve deeper into more complex topics. Over the course of four intensive sessions, participants will learn how to make the most of the programming system’s flexibility, develop more sophisticated routines, and optimize robot operation in real industrial environments.
Course Objectives:
- Use position registers to achieve greater flexibility in programming.
- Set up interference zones to prevent collisions.
- Understand the configuration and function of the payload.
- Understand the different mastering methods and their practical application.
- Run programs in parallel and in the background.
- Use arguments in programs to create dynamic, reusable routines.
Who is it intended for?
Intended for technicians, engineers, and programmers who already operate FANUC robots and wish to acquire advanced skills in programming and configuration. Prior knowledge of basic FANUC robot programming is required (must be verifiable).
Recommended technical requirements:
- Internet connection: minimum of 20 Mbps.
- Personal computer: Windows 7/8/10/11 (32-bit or 64-bit).
- 6 GB of RAM
- 10 GB of free disk space
- Intel Core i3 processor or higher.
- A dedicated graphics card with at least 1 GB of memory.
- Additional requirement: Demonstrable basic knowledge of FANUC robot programming
Duration: 32 hours (divided into 4 sessions of 8 hours each)
